Mowing

Real life has so many opportunities that can quickly turn into "teachable moments". Tonight we needed to break out the reel mower and cut our grass for the first time this season. The mower needed to be adjusted to a higher setting and G at 18 months was fascinated by the process. At first she walked all around the mower getting a good angle and then she watched, for about 10 seconds before deciding she could probably do it better then Dada. My hubby showed her how to crank the wrench and she was doing it by herself before we knew it. Great Evening.
